Bus 3 is just as exited as the other buses to get on the road and get settled in. They used their time on the bus to ask Shelby their leader a dozen questions.
We are all so excited to get the week started and to see what God has in store for us.

The luggage truck is almost loaded. This is what we have to hire when we have a team of 52 arriving for their week of ministry
Asbury always comes with tons of ministry items for the children in the schools and other sites they serve with during their trip.

VBS prep is underway. After getting settled in the team came together to get their supplies ready for their classrooms for the week.
They will be leading Vacation Bible School at 2 different schools on the island. The principals are super excited for the teams arrival.

Our first night of worship together. We pray for a week full of Christ's love, grace and mercy as we serve each of those we come in contact with.
We are expecting an impactful week with the Lord and are excited to experience worship together at church tomorrow.

We have a chance to deliver some care packages to shut in members of Jacob Wells Church. It was a great experience for the students and adults. They prayed over the members of the church for one of the residents that was not at home. The team stopped at the yard, stretched their hands and prayed over the household, which was a blessing to see. Their house will be blessed.

So fun giving high fives and meeting new people today during church.
We felt so welcomed and loved at Jacobs Well Church today.

Today's service was wonderful. We all enjoyed the worship. The powerful and challenging sermon by Pastor Earle and meeting so many new people.
We were welcomed with open arms and felt like we were family when we left.

Team 2 is at Jacob’s Well School doing VBS with the kids; having story time and just loving on them. Some of the activities include coloring, games and just spreading God's word to these lovely babies.

Team one is busy in the classrooms of first through fifth graders at Immanuel Success.
They are sharing the story for Jesus healing a paralyzed man. They are making puppets, playing games and singing songs. The children couldn't be more excited.

And so the bucket line begins. We are working on a concrete pad for the school. It will be a multipurpose space but will also be for basketball as well. The kids are going to be so excited when this is complete and able to be used.

Rocking out while in a bucket line, and there is nothing like that. Our team is working so hard-super proud of the high rate of energy that they’re putting in. Let’s see how far we can get today.

Half the team went to Jacobs Well today and helped out the teachers in the classrooms. The little ones really enjoyed themselves as they met new friends. We started with a large group first for a time of devotions and prayer. What a blessing to be able to serve in the schools here in Jamaica.

I think her team is enjoying this a lot because they are with the babies this morning and when you’re with babies it is lifting time. Just look how excited they are.

Our team continues to smile even after a long ng day of ministry and project work.
They have continued with starting another project. We are going to be pouring a floor for this home.

Pastor Smith couldn't be more excited to have our team at Greenwood Baptist Church.
We will be building a classroom addition for their children's church ministry. Right now the children meet outside and as Pastor Smith explained to us the children follow the shade to stay cool during church. To say this room will be a huge blessing is an understatement.

Pastor Smith brought in a dump truck to move some of the mulch for the team. The team was expecting to move it with buckets so they were super excited to see the dump truck this morning. No worries-we will still have a bucket line for the cement.
